I got quoted from several companies on replacing my furnace, water heater and converting my swamp cooler to refrigerated air as well as remodeling a tub and installing a new tub/shower faucet and TLC outshined all others. Not only were Sam and Richard for the proposals, friendly and professional but they also took the time to listen and understand what I wanted and how it fit in with what work was needed. Their pricing was fair and they didn’t employ pressure tactics to upsell me more expensive equipment. I was also impressed with knowing that they could take care of and perform every step and aspect of the job. I’m only half way through my project but on the HVAC and Electrical work the teams Morris,Jose, and Javi showed up on time or even earlier, were courteous throughout the process and took pride in the quality of their work. Not only did they do an excellent job but they were responsive to my questions and concerns and helped me feel more knowledgeable about my home. I was intimidated and put off getting this work done sooner because of past experiences with other companies so, I have so much appreciation for everyone at TLC for making this one different.

About six months ago, TLC installed our water softener and we needed to have it serviced I also wanted to be taught how to do it ourselves in the future. Chase came to our house to do that and I couldn’t have been happier. He is a wealth of knowledge and was happy to share it to make sure I understood the process so that I would be able to take care of it on my own. He spoke in a way I could understand because I have no plumbing background and was so polite to answer all of my questions. He had great customer service and I know if we need anything else in the future we will request Chase again.

Fred was so helpful and kind. Part of my plumbing came apart, and I had no idea how to fix it. I read the part package and put it back together. It didn't work, so I called TLC, and Fred was sent to help. He assured me I'd did it right it only needed to be tightened. He tightened the part, and it has not had a problem with it since. I will be calling TLC for all my plumbing needs.

OMG! What great service! TLC’s Drain Technician, Jacob, arrived promptly in April for an estimate to install 2 new TOTO toilets. I did my homework online, contacted Winsupply Plumbing Supplies to make the purchase (I worked with Teresa who was a terrific salesperson). I made sure the order would arrive prior to Jacob’s installation date. All set… he called to let me know he was on his way to pick up the order, then arrived at our home on time. He was personable, professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working and did an absolutely outstanding job removing the old toilets and installing the new ones. He hauled away the old toilets and all packing materials and left our home in great shape. Jacob treated our home like it was his - careful with the doors and flooring. After each toilet was installed, he asked us to inspect the job. Absolutely spot on! Thank you, TLC for employing such an outstanding person!

Ceasar Valdez Canales was an outstanding help at my house today. I wanted a gas line removed and capped off. He explained that if he did the job how I wanted the gas company would have to turn off the gas and there could be an expensive test before the gas was turned back on. He showed me how he could cap the line while retaining the shut off valve. It worked perfectly!! Then he saw I was drilling the 18” concrete stem wall and recommended where to rent a longer bit. Ceasar Valdez Canales is an asset to TLC and an intelligent person. Thank you.

Mario and Wyatt came to do our changeover for our swamp cooler and throughout the duration of the call they were both courteous and efficient. I observed that instead of walking across the rocks in our front yard, they walked along the concrete sidewalks/driveway. It gave me confidence that they weren't cutting corners with the swamp cooler either!

Carlos Duran and Kevin worked for more than 5 days to fix a horrible leak in our concrete floor. They had to jack hammer the floor, then use expert plumbing skills to determine the leak location (2 leaks, which were not properly located by a professional leak detection company which Carlos and Kevin found), isolate the line from other adjacent lines to the leak, repair the leaks and finally fill the holes and clean everything up. The project was extremely well done and they were friendly and explained everything. They took care of other plumbing needs as well, and our home was again in excellent shape. Later we called Carlos and scheduled the installation of a new water heater and recirculating pump. It was also a complicated project because of the limited space to remove the old water heater and install the new one, but it was expertly done. After our exemplary service on the leaks, we really wanted them for the water heater project. We highly recommend Carlos and Kevin! We couldn't have had better service. Allen and Caryn
