Great job TLC for hiring professional plumbers. Bill Byers, plumber came to my home to take care of a backed up sewer that another plumbing company I hired didn't do. Bill had the job taken care of in no time. He is an absolutely pleasant individual to deal with. Thank you so much Bill, I appreciate your honesty, advice and great work!

I've had the opportunity to use TLC for a variety of issues over the years. I recently had TLC out to address a problem with my radiant floor heating. Michael Simms called first thing that morning to let me know he was on the way. Once here, he troubleshot the system and diagnosed the problem, made the repair and explained all the details of the repairs. It's great having service providers showing up when they say and explaining the problem in detail. Great job Michael and Nash. The system is working great.

Toni Balijagic from TLC came out to jet my kitchen line, following a clogged kitchen sink and subsequent unclogging by TLC. When Toni arrived I asked him to explain why I needed to have the line jetted; he explained it completely and even showed me the camera as it travelled along my plumbing pipes the length of my house. He gave me several pointers to avoid clogs, and was so knowledgeable and such a patient teacher!!! Not only do I have a clean line out to the sewer, I’ve picked up a bunch of tips to avoid problems in the future! Thanks to TLC and to Toni!

This team was great! They came out and assessed the problem after a no show from another company. They juggled their schedules to get my pipe fixed. They were efficient and thorough.
