My garbage disposal was backed up and causing problems with my dishwasher, too. I tried to be handy and fix it myself but got in over my head. Pretty soon I was staring at a disassembled drain, no water or way to do dishes, and a bunch of pipes I couldn't figure out how to fit back together. Joseph Gabaldon and the rest of TLC took great care of us, with fast, affordable service. I thought I might need a new dishwasher but now that the lines are clear it works like new and I don't need to spend thousands replacing it! Thanks TLC :)

******* and his team did a great job installing two light fixtures at our home. On of the two fixtures was a custom job which required the guys to combine three heavy fixtures to one cap. The guys created a plan and ensured that the fixtures did not bang into each other and break. We look forward to seeing ******* and his team for our next project.

Within an hour of calling I had a technician (Ryan Clark) in my home and diagnosing the issue with my furnace. After finding the issue, he very efficiently replaced the faulty part and even improved the bracket being used to hold said part to the fixture. After he was done he tested the system and made sure it was working before very cheerfully concluding our business. Ryan was very friendly, fast and efficient in the diagnosis and repair process and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, even taking the time to explain what the issue was and how he went about the repair. Great guy and amazing service all around.

After our laundry remodel, Judocus (Joe) and David connected the laundry sink drain, moved our kitchen faucet to the laundry room and installed a better faucet for our kitchen sink. In early 2024, Joe replaced our ancient drains and water lines. He is the best plumber I’ve encountered in the nearly forty years I’ve lived in this house. I value his conscientiousness, his integrity and especially his friendliness. He is a very nice person. As long as I can, I will always call him first.

We discovered our toilets would not flush at 9:00pm on a Saturday night. We called TLC and their technician, Ryan Zuni arrived around 11:30. Ryan worked until 1:00am to clear the sewer line from the house to the mainline and diagnose the issue. He discovered a fiber optic line had been drilled through our sewer line. He located the contractor and made the arrangements for repair to happen the next day. It would have been a huge effort for me to track down who the contractor is - I would have had to take time from work! Ryan made the best case scenario happen. Really appreciate his skills and effort!

I have no issues whatsoever with the quality of work performed. They did an excellent job. However, I would really appreciate if companies that come into your house, like TLC, train their employees to offer putting shoe covers before entering your house. Not everyone wears shoes in their homes. The technician that came into my house did a fantastic job, but had dirty work boots that tracked dirt across my freshly cleaned floors. And likewise, got mud on my carpeted stairs.

I called TLC to schedule a tech to replace my outside spigots. I told the agent it wasn't urgent so I thought we might schedule it for a couple weeks out. But she said she had a tech for that day! I said 'sure! That's great." In less than an hour I got a call from the tech. Lawrence Sanchez was the tech. He replaced all 3 spigots quickly! I thought he might be at my house all afternoon. He did a quick and efficient and neat job. I was so happy to get this pre-garden season job done. Lawrence was professional but also very personable. Also the final bill was so much cheaper than the other quotes I got. Every time I have called TLC I get quick, efficient, and reasonably priced service.

I had TLC come out to do the Spring AC check on our split furnace/ac unit. We bought the package for service and were very impressed when Jarrod and Wyatt arrived to do our inspection. We got a new brochure on what is offered with the service package and will be sent a summary of what was inspected and the results. They replaced the furnace filter and thoroughly reviewed all of our system inside the garage and out. Very pleased and had great customer service experience. Thank you so much.
