Wyatt called 20 min prior to arrival and got directions to our home in a potentially confusing housing area. He arrived on time and was enthusiastic, prepared, personable, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and hard-working. Wyatt offered me a brochure of all the services available under my renewed Preventive Maintenance Agreement. He let me know his supervisor, Alfred, would be stopping by. Alfred provided our HVAC service last spring and it was a pleasure to see him again. They did an excellent job and answered all my questions. Just what I expect from TLC. Thank you!

Judocus and Roman came and replaced a valve switch and the relief valve. They also helped with a much needed pipe repair. They let me hang out with them and watch them do what they do. All leaks are fixed and we're happy to have our water back on. Thanks guys.

He spent two days locating the leak and carefully breaking through a concrete slab to reach it, all while minimizing damage. Ryan Zuni was very professional, efficient, effective, knowledgeable and accepted by the dogs. Our kitchen sink could not be unclogged with vinegar + baking soda, plunger, 2ft snake, or liquid plumber (turns out you shouldn't use this PVC pipe which most houses have if they were built in/after the 80s - thanks, Ryan). Ryan found the clog about 15 ft down the line and unclogged it with his drum machine. Another thing I did not know: even olive oil will start to congeal in the drains.
