2days before Christmas our drains backed up called a competitor to come out they called back to tell us 2days out a friend said call TLC which I did they were out within the hour Tech was so knowledgeable told us he knew exactly where it’s clogged took care of it, thank you TLC

We had plumbing issues at the worst time, (over the x-mas holidays) and TLC and their crew...Sam, Rich, Frank, Zach, and Austin came out on Christmas eve and the day before to diagnose and resolve our issues and get us back up and flowing. One of the best teams i've seen in a long time. Very professional and attentive to our needs and concerns during this time. They were not leaving until the job was satisfactory and complete. Over and above considering the circumstances. I have used TLC several times in the past and they always have held the bar high!! As a manager for most my career, again to be able to find such caring people is rare. They didn't wavier in there professionalism! This has become my go to plumbing, heating, and electrical company. I Highly recommend them if you want the top notch service we as customers expect. Again over and above!! The crew is phenomenal you won't be disappointed i'm sure. TLC hold on to these men as again a manager i can say they are few and far between, you are by far lucky to have them under your roof !!! As for TLC Their company standards as stated are solely customer oriented and above most i've seen. So again to the crew and all involved on our project, if you will... TLC was always my father’s go-to for heating and cooling. I needed to have my heater looked at and ultimately replaced so, called them. Chris and Ryan came over to check it and let me know exactly what was going on. They installed my new furnace this morning. Chris and Ryan are absolutely wonderful. They not only explained what they were doing but showed me also. They are very personable, respectful and knowledgeable. Probably the most important thing to mention is that 2 of my dogs loved them and the third was warming up to them when they finished. Hands down, 120% recommend TLC!!

We have an older style radiant heater system in our home that we've never really understood it's operation or even how to have the system properly maintained. My wife called TLC and they sent out Michael, the technician, as well as Ernesto, his helper, to take a look at our system as one of the heated zones was not working properly. I was not able to be there as I had to work. Michael looked over our very old system, immediately found the initial problems and thoroughly explained everthing to my wife so she understood every step of the way what he was going to recommend to not only fix our heating system but also to perform some upgrades to the system that is going to make it easier for my wife and I not only to turn the system off in the summer and back on for the winter but also to have it maintained yearly by TLC. When I came home the system was fixed and my wife was able to step by step explain everthing to me that Michael had done. I appreciate Michaels' professionalism, attention to details and most importantly how he interacted with my wife, so much so that Michael is the only person she wants from now on. Thanks TLC, another COMPLETELY satisfied customer !

Xander from TLC was GREAT! My Gas dryer Vent hadn't been cleaned in 5-7 years, but Xander was fast and efficient. Less than an hour later, good as new! I would gladly recommend their services to anyone meeting plumbing heating air conditioning work done. Thank you TLC!

Ive had an unmatched experience working with TLC for only 48 hours for my business. My rep Henry was probably one of the best if not the best HVAC technician I have ever worked with on commercial issues. He found the root cause of the problem on the hvac system efficiently, and affordably. Also was honest and did not try to overcharge me for replacements on items that did not need to be replaced yet. I highly recommend TLC to any business owner that wants to work with an honest and professional company, that values the relationship with the customer over the invoice at the end of the day. On Friday, discovered a slow leak coming from the condensation line of our tankless water heater. TLC scheduled an appointment for the following Monday, between 1 and 5 PM. The TLC Technician, Cesar, called at around 5 PM to let us know he was running behind but that he would arrive in about an hour. He arrived at 6PM and began his assessment of the leak. He noted a hissing sound that we had not noticed before. In the crawl space beneath our house, he found water spraying from a hot water line. Cesar came up with an estimate which was reasonable and got to work. He was able to complete the necessary work, test the system, flushed the tankless water heater and check the switch settings (inside) to make certain they were properly set. What impressed us most was his dedication to complete the work that night. I am not a plumber but his work was excellent.

We had our heating/air ducts cleaned recently by Xander from TLC. He was friendly and professional and did an excellent job. He explained each step he would take and the reason for it, showed us before and after pictures and left the house the way he found it with no mess for us to clean up afterward. This is the third job we have had done by TLC and have been happy with the results each time. Good pricing especially with the Veteran’s discount.
